Your vision. Our experience. Shared success.
London Capital Partners emerged naturally from a generational arc — Brooks building, leading, and ultimately retiring from ManageAmerica after decades of entrepreneurship, and Brice stepping into leadership at a pivotal moment before shifting into a new chapter driven by purpose and passion.
Rather than ending the story there, we created London Capital Partners to bring our combined experience, energy, and curiosity into a new venture. We enjoy evaluating opportunities, solving real problems, and backing good people. And we believe that thoughtful capital, paired with engagement and experience, can meaningfully improve outcomes for builders, developers, and operators.
We’re not doing this out of necessity. We’re doing it because we genuinely love the work — and we enjoy doing it together.

Brooks London
Co-Founder
Brooks has been deeply engaged in the real estate industry since the early 1980s, with extensive experience in the manufactured housing and affordable housing sectors. Early in his career, he partnered with municipalities throughout California on public–private initiatives involving tax-exempt bond financing, redevelopment tools, and long-term affordability structures. Over time, he became a trusted advisor to many of the largest manufactured housing owner-operators in the country, valued for his operational insight and clear, pragmatic judgment.

In 1999, recognizing where the industry was heading and drawing on decades of operator experience, Brooks founded ManageAmerica—a SaaS platform purpose-built to become the system of record for manufactured housing communities. Under his leadership, ManageAmerica grew into the industry’s leading property management and compliance platform, serving major private equity–backed and publicly traded organizations nationwide. Brooks led the company as its founding partner until his retirement in 2022 following its acquisition by private equity.
Brice M. London
Co-Founder
Brice earned his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD/MBA from the University of Southern California. He began his career practicing real estate and finance law at Paul Hastings, focusing on complex transactions, joint ventures, and asset-based lending — foundation stones that now shape his disciplined underwriting and deal structuring approach.

Brice joined ManageAmerica in 2008 and spent 14 years helping to build and scale the business. He served as General Counsel, COO, and Partner, and was a key architect of the company’s operational evolution and growth strategy. When Brooks retired after the company’s acquisition in 2022, the private equity sponsor appointed Brice as CEO and successor, marking a major milestone in the ManageAmerica’s history.

After two years as CEO, he transitioned to Chair of the Board (a role he continues to serve in today), which opened the space to pursue a long-held passion for youth sports. Brice had the unique opportunity to step in as Interim Director of Athletics at Campbell Hall, his alma mater, for the 2024–25 school year. He is now coaching football, basketball and baseball and is excited to see where his coaching journey takes him.
